1. Who we are and what these terms cover

JF Agency AI is a web design, automation, and AI agent agency based in North Carolina, United States. These terms apply to the use of this site and to the services you hire us for. If your proposal or contract says something different, your proposal or contract prevails.

2. Use of the site

The information on this site is general and does not replace a review of your case. The examples on the page are illustrative.

3. Proposals and hiring

Before we start, we review your case and send you a written proposal with the scope, price, and timeline. Work begins once you approve the proposal and pay the deposit. Anything not included in the proposal is quoted separately.

4. Pricing and payments

• Projects: 50% of the price is paid to start, and the remaining 50% on delivery.
• Maintenance: a monthly plan for the amount agreed in your proposal, billed every month.
• Invoices: we send them by email, and they are paid on a secure Stripe page. They are due 15 days after they are sent.
• Taxes: if taxes apply, they appear on the invoice.

5. Cancellations and refunds

• Projects: if you cancel before we start working, we refund the deposit. Once work has started, the deposit is not refunded, and if you cancel you pay for the work done up to that point.
• Maintenance: you can cancel it with 30 days' notice by emailing jhonatan@jfagencyai.com. The current month is not refunded.

6. Ownership of the work

Once you finish paying for a project, what we built for you (the site, the automations, and the agents) becomes yours. We may show it in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Third-party tools and services your system uses, such as hosting or AI models, remain subject to their providers' terms.

7. Your data and your clients' data

How we handle data is explained in our privacy policy. Your clients' data is yours, and we use it only to provide the service to you.

8. SMS terms

• Program: JF Agency AI sends text messages about your project, such as appointment reminders, project updates, and follow-ups.
• How you join: when you call us, our AI phone assistant asks whether you want to receive these messages. If you say yes, we send you a text confirming your enrollment.
• Frequency: message frequency varies.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time. We will send one last message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and then no more messages.
• Help: reply HELP or write to us at jhonatan@jfagencyai.com.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: we do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our privacy policy.

9. What we cannot guarantee

We do the work carefully and test it with you before it goes live. Even so, we cannot guarantee specific business results, such as a number of sales or clients, because they also depend on your business and your market.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page with its effective date. Projects already approved keep the terms of their proposal.
