1. Who we are
This site belongs to JF Agency AI, a web design, automation, and AI agent agency based in North Carolina, United States. In this policy, "we" means JF Agency AI, which is responsible for the data collected here.
2. What data we collect
- Booking form: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, and the message you write. Along with it we store the page language, the address of the page you wrote from, and the date and time.
- Appointment scheduling: you pick the time of your call on Cal.com, which collects your name, your email, the time you choose, and anything you write there. So you don't have to type them twice, the button that takes you to Cal.com passes along the name and email you entered in the form.
- Site chat: it is a guided assistant with pre-written answers that runs in your browser. What you ask or choose is not sent or stored, except when you request a call in the chat: in that case we receive your name, your email, your phone number if you give it, and the business type, need, and question you indicated.
- Technical data: as on any website, our hosting provider automatically logs your IP address, the approximate city and country derived from it, your browser and device type, the page requested, and the date and time. We don't use it to identify you or to build profiles.
- Calculator: the numbers you enter are calculated in your browser. They are not sent or stored.
3. What we use it for
- Replying to your request and booking your call.
- Sending you the proposal you ask for.
- Keeping the site secure and working, for example by filtering automated submissions.
We use the form data and the chat call request with your consent, which you give when you submit them and can withdraw at any time.
We don't sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
4. Text messages and WhatsApp
If you give us your number, we use it only to contact you about your request, by call, text message, or WhatsApp. We don't share your number or your consent with third parties for marketing purposes. Message frequency depends on your request, and your carrier may charge message and data rates. You can ask us to stop messaging you at any time by replying STOP or writing to us at jhonatan@jfagencyai.com.
5. Who we share it with
Only with the providers that help us run the site, and only for that purpose:
- Site hosting and form handling: Vercel Inc.
- Email and the spreadsheet where we store requests: Google LLC
- Appointment scheduling: Cal.com, Inc.
These providers are based in the United States and may process data there and in other countries where they operate.
We may also share it when the law requires us to.
6. The site assistant
The assistant on this site is automated and guided: it replies with pre-written text and does not use an AI model, so nobody analyzes or stores your conversation. Only when you request a call in the chat is the data you type sent, through the same path and for the same use as the form. Please don't enter sensitive data in the chat, such as card numbers, ID documents, or health information. If we turn on an AI assistant later, we will update this policy before it goes live.
7. Cookies and tracking
This site does not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies, and it does not load third-party content. Our hosting provider may use a strictly technical cookie to protect the site from automated attacks.
Because we don't track anyone, the site behaves the same when your browser sends a "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" signal.
Cal.com, where you pick the time of your call, is a separate site with its own cookies and its own privacy policy.
8. How long we keep it
We keep form data for up to 12 months after our last contact and then delete it. If you become a client, we keep it for as long as the service lasts and for the time the law requires. Technical logs are kept by the hosting provider according to its own retention periods.
9. Your rights
At any time you can ask us:
- For a copy of the data we hold about you.
- To correct or delete it.
- To stop contacting you.
Write to us at jhonatan@jfagencyai.com. We reply within 30 days, at no cost, and without treating you differently for asking. To protect your data, we may ask you to confirm your identity from the same email or phone number you used to contact us.
Depending on where you live, the law may give you additional rights, and we honor them.
10. If you're a client: your customers' data
When we run a system for your business, these rules apply:
- Ownership: your customers' data is yours.
- Instructions: we handle it only as you direct.
- Use: we use it only to provide the service to you.
- Contract: the specific terms are set out in your contract.
11. Security
We apply reasonable measures to protect your data, such as encrypted connections and restricted access. No system is completely secure; if we detect an incident that affects you, we will let you know.
12. Children
This site is intended for businesses. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child sent us their data, write to us and we'll delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page with its effective date.
